Refund policy

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Non-returnable items:

Perishable goods
Customized or personalized items
Digital products

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
